About the Speaker :
Ms. Emilia WONG is an experienced mindfulness teacher with over a decade of personal practice and a strong theoretical foundation. She holds teaching certifications from the Oxford Mindfulness Center at Oxford University and holds a Master’s Degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong.
Prior to becoming a mindfulness teacher, Emilia spent over 25 years in senior management roles in sales and marketing for several Fortune 500 companies in Greater China.
Since 2019, she has taught adults mindfulness techniques to enhance well-being. In 2020, she designed a mindfulness program for kids and their parents, focusing on improving attention and emotional regulation. Her holistic approach fosters mindfulness in everyday life.
