About the Speaker :

Ms. Natalie LEUNG is the Co-Executive Director of Teach For Hong Kong (TFHK), leading the organization's development, project enhancement, and innovations.
 
Natalie brings a wealth of experience from esteemed institutions like The University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Jockey Club, the Vienna Boys' Choir, and The Fung Group. Her diverse background includes talent training, research work, and successfully tackling challenges such as establishing the first Asian headquarters for the Vienna Boys' Choir and contributing to the foundation of the University of Hong Kong's "Asia Global Fellows" program, the first of its kind in Asia.
 
Driven by TFHK’s philosophy, "Teaching is Leadership", she aspires to empower young leaders by facilitating their leadership journey through frontline teaching experiences and exposure. She is committed to bringing education equity and building a vibrant society. Natalie has obtained various certifications on professional coaching and life coaching, further enhancing her ability to empower others.
 
Beyond work, Natalie enjoys history museums, Chinese painting, and calligraphy. She is also an amateur cellist, embracing the transformative power of art and music.
