About the Speakers

 (1) Ms. Apple NGO (Hong Kong Christian Service – Shamshuipo West Happy Teens Club, Service Supervisor) 

Ms. Ngo is a dedicated social worker in children and youth service, bringing over 13 years of experience. She is committed to driving paradigm shift in holistic and youth-centered service, focusing particularly on supporting deprived and marginalized populations, including hidden youth and young people experiencing mental distress.

Informed by extensive experience in crisis management, she recognizes the limitations of purely remedial models and is committed to building a preventive, community-based ecosystem of support. This conviction drives her specialization in emotional and somatic approaches and her commitment to a youth-led framework where young people co-design their support pathways. She proactively cultivates evidence-based, cross-sector collaborations to build a responsive, community-based ecosystem of support, ensuring that all young people have the opportunity to navigate life's complexities with resilience and experience a dignified, healthy, and empowered future.

(2) Mr. Samuel LIU (Hong Kong Christian Service – Shamshuipo West Happy Teens Club, Social Worker )
Mr. Liu has three years of experience in youth services, dedicated to guiding young people through their developmental journey. He focuses on actively driving their progress from personal growth to community engagement.

Mr. Liu firmly believes that every young person possesses infinite potential. Through professional guidance and practical community engagement, he is confident they can be empowered to unleash their capabilities and contribute their youthful vitality to society.

(3) Ms. Cin YEUNG (Hong Kong Christian Service –Un Chau OPLUS, Social Worker)
Ms. Yeung’s experience focuses on serving young elders by providing health promotion activities and casework support. She emphasizes building professional and sincere working relationships, attentively listening to the voices of young elders to help them explore their potential.

By maintaining strong partnerships with external organizations, she enhances community resource integration, assists elders in improving their physical health while regaining social connections and life meaning. She firmly believes that every elder possesses rich potential and value, and that through genuine relationships and appropriate support, they can rediscover their strength and vitality, realizing the goal of “老有所為,老有所樂” — aging with purpose and joy.

(4) & (5) Members of “Wheels of Legacy – The intergenerational Cycling Project”
Danny is one of our senior riders who brought invaluable life experience and resilience to the team, and Karman, a young cyclist whose energy and spirit inspired everyone.
